Love has been taken captive. Like a prisoner reading a prepared statement under threat, love has been misused to justify anything from child mutilation, LGBTQ practice, and euthanasia, to name a few. Beyond this, slogans surround us that promise “love is love,” and “all you need is love.” In this theme we examine genuine love of neighbor, along with the false parody of it. And we do this anchored in the greatest love mankind has ever known.
