Description
God created mankind to glorify him through work: to subdue and to exercise dominion over all the earth. But in a fallen world, blisters and splinters plague our labors—not to mention laziness and workaholism. Outside of Eden, even our motives are suspect: what is the line between prudent self-advancement and sinful greed, between godly ambition and pride, or between risk and irresponsibility? And what should we do when we’re not at work? Obviously, there’s a lot of work to do in order to answer these questions, so clock in with us we seek to grasp a theology of vocation.
